Easy to make and a taste change from traditional burgers.
|2||Villagio Italian Style Crustini Buns|
|100 g||deli sliced corned beef|
|100 g||sliced Swiss cheese|
|2 tbsp||Thousand Islands dressing|
Preheat grill lid down to about 375 degrees.
For each bun spread 1 tbsp of dressing divided each side. On bottom half, put 50 g sliced corned beef, 50 g cheese. Heat saurkraut in a pan. On top half put 50 g saurkraut. Place open halves on preheated grill and cover down for 3 or 4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Marry the two halves and serve hot right away.
Some people drain and rinse saurkraut, I prefer the taste just drained.
