|28||Melon wedges, 3” (7 cm) in length and 1 ½” (4 cm) thick|
|14||slices Cappola™ Prosciutto|
|28||– 6” (14 cm) Wooden skewers|
PREHEAT grill to medium-high. Lightly coat with non stick cooking spray.
WRAP each piece of melon with half a slice of prosciutto and secure with a skewer.
GRILL on each side for 1-2 minutes or until the prosciutto is crisp.
Soak the wooden skewers for 15-30 min prior to use to prevent burning.
