Ingredients

4 Schneider’s® Juicy Jumbos® 100% Beef Hot Dogs, quartered
1 Medium onion, quartered
1 Medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise, then cut in half across
1 Sweet yellow pepper, seeded and quartered
1 Sweet red pepper, seeded and quartered
1 1/2 tbsp (22 mL) Olive oil
1 cup (250 mL) Grated Mozzarella cheese
DRESSING:
1/4 cup (60 mL) Olive oil
1 Clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp (30 mL) Balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) Dry mustard powder
Pepper to taste

Directions

WHISK together all of the ingredients for the dressing and set aside.

PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high.

BRUSH hot dog pieces and vegetables with olive oil. Grill for 7-8 minutes, turning frequently until evenly char-grilled (or grill under broiler for 2-3 minutes per side). Remove from BBQ and cut each vegetable piece in half again.

ASSEMBLE by dividing vegetables and hot dog pieces evenly between 3-4 plates. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Serve with toasted Italian bread.
