About this Recipe

Ooey gooey cheese and smoky ham make these grilled cheeses a super delicious lunch or snack.

Ingredients

4 slices of white or whole wheat sliced bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 slices of Schneider Country Naturals Ham
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions

Using a coffin shaped cookie cutter, cut two shapes from each piece of bread. Do the same for the cheese and ham.

Assemble sandwiches by placing a slice of ham and cheese between two coffin shaped pieces of bread.

Lightly spread each side with butter. Melt remaining butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.

Toast sandwiches 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese is melted.

Spoon ketchup into a piping bag fitted with a round tip. Carefully pipe R.I.P onto each sandwich.
