you can add a number of different veggies in it. would taste great with any of the Maple Leaf Prime Stuffed Chicken Breasts


1/2 green pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 head of romaine lettuce
1/2 cup feta cheese cubed
1/2 cup cherry tomato's halved
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 lemon
1 tsp dried oragano
salt and pepper


De-seed and slice the green pepper. slice the red onion into rings. Spray a panini press with cooking oil. season green pepper, red onion, and cherry tomato's with salt and pepper. Grill for 2-3 mins on high until lightly browned. In a small bowl, whisk together oil and juice from the half a lemon. Rip romaine lettuce leafs into bite sized pieces and toss everything into a salad bowl and mix well. Enjoy with your choice of stuffed chicken breast.
