A completely customizable meal perfect for weeknight meals. Make this burger your own by using your preferred variety of fish and salsa.


1 Pkg Dempster’s® Original Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns (8) / Ben’s® Whole Wheat Sandwich Buns (8)
8 frozen fish fillets (any fillet and any flavour)
2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and sliced
1 cup (250 mL) shredded lettuce
1 cup (250 mL) tomato salsa


Grill fish according to package directions.

Assemble fish in buns with avocado, lettuce and salsa.

If serving for less people, divide accordingly.


Use any flavour of salsa for a unique twist on this recipe including mango, black bean or corn.
