|1||Pint Grape tomatoes, halved|
|1/2 cup||Chopped radishes|
|1||Orange pepper, chopped|
|2 cups||Broccoli florets|
|3||Green onions, chopped|
|1||Package Maple Leaf® Ready Crisp® Fully Cooked Real Bacon Pieces|
|1/2 cup||Light Caesar dressing|
|4||Maple Leaf Prime® Marinated Boneless Skinless Dijon Mustard and Herbs Chicken Breasts|
|1/3 cup||Grated Parmesan cheese|
MIX together the first eight ingredients reserving 2 tbsp (30 mL) of bacon bits for garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
PREHEAT BBQ to medium-high. Lightly spray the grill with non-stick cooking spray. Grill chicken for 18-20 minutes, turning occasionally until nicely char-grilled and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74C).
SERVE chicken with the prepared salad. Sprinkle with reserved bacon bits and grated Parmesan cheese.
Substitute any of your favourite vegetables.
Serve pasta salad on a bed of lettuce leaves.
