About this Recipe

The combination of cream and Swiss cheeses makes this a melting joy to eat with the imitation crab meat.

Ingredients

2 Dempster's Whole Grains Quinoa bread
2 sticks of imitation crab, sliced in half lengthwise
3 tbsp cream cheese
1 slice of Swiss cheese

Directions

1. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on one slice of bread and spread the cream cheese on the other. Place the crab pieces on top of cream cheese.
2. Toast both slices of bread in a toaster oven for about 3 minutes or until the cheese has melted somewhat. Sandwich together and slice in half.
