Grilled chicken with semsame sauce, steamed rice and vegetables.


1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sasame oil
1 small clove minced garlic
2 tbsp water
4 cups steamed rice
1 cup pea pods
1 cup carrot sticks
pinch salt
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 Maple Leaf Prime's® Fresh Chicken breasts


Prepare sesame sauce. Simmer broth, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and half the sesame seeds in a pan over medium heat 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and add a little at a time until sauce is thickened.

Grill and slice chicken.

Steam rice with a pinch of salt and steam vegetables.

To serve, put about 1-1/2 cups rice, pour over 1/2 cup sauce, add vegetables and chicken, then sprinkle with extra sesame seeds.
