|2||Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Large Tortillas, warmed|
|1/2||Ripe avocado, sliced|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Shredded carrot|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Shredded lettuce|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Thinly sliced red onion|
|1/4 cup||(60 mL) Crumbled goat cheese|
DIVIDE chicken evenly over the center of each warmed tortilla.
TOP with avocado, carrot, lettuce, red onion and goat cheese. Fold in sides and roll up to serve.
