Ingredients

1 egg
1 tsp milk
1 tsp FRANKS rED HOT
2 2 slices of your favoite Bread (Dem 12 grain)
2 2 slices old chedder
1 tsp butter

Directions

heat skillet to me, med low . In a shallow bowel mix together egg milk and franks , put one slice of onion in pan to satay then lightly wet your bread with egg mixture and p-lace in pan beside onion after 2-3 min turn one slice and pile on the onion and cheese S&P to taste then lay the second piece of bread cooked side down after 2-3 mins. turn the whole sangwitch over. After it is cooked be sure to let it rest a bit because the cheese will all run out
