Easy, cheesy and crunchy with cucumbers and tomatoes.
|2||slices of Dempster's Whole Grains Quinoa bread|
|6||orange cherry tomatoes, halved|
|2||slices of processed cheddar cheese|
|6||thinly sliced cucumber|
1. Place 1 slice of cheese on each slice of bread.
2. Toast or grill in a toaster oven for about 2-3 minutes or until cheese has melted.
3. Place the tomato halves on top and then the cucumber slices. Then, place the other bread on top and slice in half.
