Grilled Cheese with Bacon and Tomatoes

The crispiness the bread and the saltiness of the bacon makes this sandwich so delicious at first bite.

Ingredients

2 slices of Dempster's Whole Grains Quinoa bread
4 small slices of tomatoes
3 slices of precooked bacon
2 slices of processed cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Toast the bread lightly. Microwave bacon between two pieces of paper towel for 15 seconds on high and blot the grease. Cut into half to make 6 pieces.
2. Place one slice of cheese on both slices of bread. Place the tomatoes on top of one and bacon on top of the other bread.
3. Grill in oven for about 3 minutes until cheese has melted. Sandwich together and slice in half.
