About this Recipe

Grilled cheese and pizza are two of my favourites so why not combine them?

Ingredients

2 slices of dempsters bread
sliced pepperoni
grated cheese
chopped veggies
sprinkle of Italian seasoning
sprinkle of parmesan cheese
pasta sauce
butter

Directions

Butter bread, top with pepperoni, your choice of veggies (I used mushrooms and onion but green pepper would be nice too), add some sauce, grated cheese, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese and then gook on stovetop or griddle until golden brown. Serve and enjoy the best of both worlds!
