|5 oz||(140 g) Brie cheese, sliced|
|4||Slices Dempster’s® Whole Wheat Bread|
|1||Peach, pitted and sliced|
|1/2 cup||(125 mL) Arugula or watercress (optional)|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Olive oil|
|Fresh ground pepper|
PREHEAT a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
ASSEMBLE sandwich by dividing cheese, peach slices, arugula or watercress if using between two slices of bread. Season with fresh ground pepper and top with the second slice of bread. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil and grill in the hot skillet for 3-4 minutes per side or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
