This just tastes like summer.
|1||Asparagus Bunch - washed and trimmed|
|2 tbsp||Olive Oil|
|Salt and Pepper|
In a appropriate sized bowl or baking dish coat Asparagus well with oil, salt and pepper.
Pre-heat BBQ to High.
Using tongs place the Asparagus on the BBQ - taking care to not drop and through the grill.
Cook for 3-5 minutes rolling them so that they get cooked on all sides.
Once there is some light char marks and the Asparagus is still bright green remove them from the grill. Be careful not to over cook them!
