Grilled  Cheese and Honey Ham with Whole Grain Mustard

This is my favorite variation of a classic, with great variety in texture from the mustard.


2 slices whole wheat bread
2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard (also known as Grainy Mustard)
5 slices Maple Leaf Natural Selections Uncured Baked Honey Ham
2 slices processed cheese
2 tbsp salter butter, softened


Spread butter on one side of each of two slices of bread.
Place bread, buttered side down, into a small frying pan. Spread mustard on bread, and top with ham and then cheese slices, distributing evenly.
Place second slice of bread on top, buttered side facing up.
Grill on medium heat for 8-10 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Serve warm.
