This Green Tea Chicken is marinated in a fragrant green tea, ginger and soy dressing and sautéed to perfection!
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Soy sauce|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Strong green tea|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Honey|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sesame oil|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Chopped fresh ginger|
|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|2||Packages (4 pieces) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Raised Without Antibiotics Boneless, Skinless Chicke|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Canola oil|
WHISK soy sauce, green tea, honey, sesame oil, ginger and garlic together in a small bowl. Place chicken in a re-sealable plastic bag and pour mixture over it. Gently massage the marinade into the chicken. Marinade for at least 30 minutes.
HEAT canola oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from the bag and place in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until evenly browned. Add remaining marinade to the skillet. Reduce heat and simmer gently until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
