This classic Greek Salad recipe features fresh tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. A light summer salad to serve at any occasion!
|1 cup||(250 mL) Diced cucumber|
|.33 cup||(75 mL) Diced red onion|
|.25 cup||(50 mL) Sliced black olives|
|.25 cup||(50 mL) Crumbled feta cheese|
|.25 cup||(50 mL) Greek, balsamic OR red wine vinaigrette|
MIX all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.
TIP: This salad keeps well if refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
