About this Recipe

 This classic Greek Salad recipe features fresh tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese. A light summer salad to serve at any occasion! 

Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) Diced cucumber
2 Tomatoes, chopped
.33 cup (75 mL) Diced red onion
.25 cup (50 mL) Sliced black olives
.25 cup (50 mL) Crumbled feta cheese
.25 cup (50 mL) Greek, balsamic OR red wine vinaigrette

Directions

MIX all ingredients together in a large bowl and serve.

TIP: This salad keeps well if refrigerated for 2 to 3 days.
