About this Recipe

Crumbed feta cheese and sliced black olives boldly flavour this Greek inspired Pizza! Perfect for a light dinner.

Ingredients

1 Package Maple Leaf Prime® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips
2 Large (12 inch / 30 cm) ready baked pizza shells with sauce
175 ml Crumbled Feta cheese
0.5 Green pepper, thinly sliced
125 ml Chopped red onion
75 ml Sliced black olives

Directions

PREHEAT oven to 450°F (230°C).

PLACE pizza shells on pizza pans or cookie sheets; spread 1/2 of the pizza sauce on each pizza shell to within ½ inch (1 cm) of edge.

DIVIDE chicken strips, cheese, green pepper, red onion and black olives evenly between pizza shells; bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Let stand for 2 minutes before cutting.
