Ingredients

3 cups (750 mL) Chopped Romaine lettuce
1 cup (250 mL) Cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped cucumber
1/3 (80 mL) Diced bell pepper
1/2 cup (125 mL) Fully cooked chicken strips
1/3 cup (80 mL) Kalamata olives
3 tbsp (45 mL) Diced red onion
1/4 cup (60 mL) Crumbled Feta cheese
3 - 4 tbsp (45-6- mL) Greek salad dressing
2 Pom™ Classic Style Pitas, halved

Directions

PLACE lettuce in a bowl with tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, chicken strips, olives, red onion and Feta cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Divide between the pita halves and serve.
