This delicious ham recipe makes for an impressive meal for all occasions!
|1||Maple Leaf Natural Selections Spiral Ham|
|1 cup||orange juice|
|1 cup||grapefruit juice|
|1/2 cup||white wine|
|1/4 cup||pink grapefruit marmalade|
|5 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|1||grapefruit cut into rounds and sliced in half|
|1||small orange or 2 clementines cut into rounds|
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place ham in a large roasting pan. Pour orange juice over top.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 to 35 minutes per kg.
In a large bowl combine grapefruit juice with wine, mustard and grapefruit marmalade.
Remove foil for last 30 minutes of baking.
Pour glaze over ham and place fruit slices over top.
Bake for last 30 minutes while basting every 10 minutes.
Place ham on serving platter and loosely tent with foil and keep warm.
Place roasting pan onto stove top over low heat.
Combine cornstarch and water.
Add to liquid in roasting pan and whisk constantly until sauce thickens and comes to a slow boil.
Serve sauce with ham.
Serve with roasted vegetables
