This goat cheese salad is served with the perfect oil-based dressing. Healthy and delicious. What more could you want?
|1/4 cup||olive oil|
|2 tbsp||red wine vinegar|
|2 tbsp||liquid honey|
|1 tbsp||dijon mustard|
|1||clove garlic, minced|
|Pinch of salt to taste|
|flax seeds (optional)|
PUT lettuce/spinach in a bowl and sprinkle with goat's cheese.
WHISK together oil, vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic, and salt in a separate small bowl.
POUR contents of small bowl over salad and toss to coat.
SPRINKLE flax seeds onto salad for additional texture (optional).
Double or triple the amounts of this recipe and make enough to store in your fridge for future uses.
