About this Recipe

Made with Dempster's Gluten Zero bread, these ham and cheese panini make a great breakfast! Good hot or cold. For more Gluten Zero recipes, see

2 slices Dempsters Gluten Zero white bread
1 slice ham
1 egg, scrambled
1 slice of cheddar cheese
1 tsp butter or margarine
1 tbsp salsa (optional)


Preheat your panini press to medium. Butter the outsides of your sandwich slices. Place the first slice buttered side down on the grill. Top with cheese, ham, and scrambled egg. You can also add the salsa if using or serve it on the side. Cover with the second slice of bread making sure that the buttered side is to the outside of the sandwich. Close the grill and toast for 5 minutes.


Good hot or cold so you can make these the night before and pack them up into lunchboxes for the next day!
