About this Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 cup pulled pork
2 tbsp onion, sliced and grilled
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 slices Gluten Zero bread
1/2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat your panini press to medium. Lightly brush the outsides of the sandwich slices with olive oil. Place the first slice, oil-side down onto the press. Layer with cheese, pulled pork, and onion. Top with the second slice making sure the oiled side is facing up. Close the press and grill for 5 minutes.
