Creamy brie cheese comes together with sweet fruit to complement delicious turkey!
|1 Pkg||(150 g) Schneiders® Oven Roasted Turkey|
|8||slices rustic country style sliced bread|
|16||slices brie cheese|
|1 cup||(250 ml) strawberries, sliced|
|1 cup||(250 ml) blueberries|
|4 tbsp||(60 ml) butter|
|2 tbsp||(30 ml) olive oil|
Assemble sandwiches by layering each bottom slice with 2 slices of brie followed by strawberries and blueberries, roasted turkey and remaining brie.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet.
Fry each sandwich 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown.
Serve with a green salad and a chilled glass of charddonay.
