About this Recipe

A refreshing light protein packed sandwich with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

1 Dempster's English Muffin-toasted
3 tbsp cottage cheese
3 tbsp mixed fruit
1 tsp butter

Directions

Toast English muffin, separate halves. Butter inside of top half. Spread cottage cheese on inside of bottom half. Then place mixed fruit. Place top half. Enjoy!
