A breakfast wrap without the usual mess and calories and instead packed with fruit and yogurt!


1 Red apple, cored and sliced
1 Nectarine, pitted and sliced
1 cup (250 mL) Fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) Fresh raspberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) Fresh blueberries
1 Ripe banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) Chopped walnuts
2 tbsp (30 mL) Granola
2 tsp (10 mL) Lemon juice
1 cup (250 mL) Yogurt
4 Dempster’s® Original Large Tortillas
4 Sprigs fresh mint


COMBINE fruit, walnuts and granola in a large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Add yogurt and gently mix to combine.

DIVIDE fruit mixture equally down the center of each tortilla. Fold and wrap, garnishing each tortilla with a sprig of mint.


You may substitute fruit flavored yogurt instead of plain yogurt.
