Ingredients

1 Pkg mapleleaf chinese sausage
3 cups left over rice
2 eggs
1 bunch challots
3 tbsp vegetagle oil

Directions

heat up pan , add oil , add Chinese sausage cooked well, add the left over rice , mixed while cooking, on the other pan cooked beaten eggs , then cut in pieces,sizes of your choice
