it's a brunch for early bird who has to get ready early for school or at work

Ingredients

2to3 cup rice
1 tbsp oil of your choice
2 Chinese sausage sliced
1 stem of green onion/sliced
1 tsp salt and pepper
2 eggs beaten
2 can tuna
4 sliced bread
1 tsp salt and pepper

Directions

2 cups of rice
2 Chinese sausage/sliced
2 eggs beaten and make it omelette, sliced
1 stem of green onions /sliced
1 tsp oil of your choice,

stir fry Chinese sausage , add rice , green onion, top is with sliced omelette

Notes

2 can tuna
4 table spoon mayonnaise
4 sliced bread,
you can make more sandwich if you wish.
1 tsp salt/pepper
