About this Recipe

Does the sound of salty bacon, creamy peanut butter and butter egg yolk gross you out??? I challenge you to try this. It will not disappoint. The contrast in flavours of each component leads to a magical experience. This is combination is something my boyfriend introduced to me and let me tell you-- its super quick, different and will make you rethink your meals!

Ingredients

1 Dempsters English Muffin
1 Egg
2 Pieces of Bacon
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Kraft Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter

Directions

Turn two burners on medium heat, and place two separate frying pans on top of both of them.
Cut Dempster's English Muffin in half, drizzle with the olive oil and sea salt and put it in a toaster oven.
Place bacon in frying pan, and start cooking until desired crispyness.
When the bacon is almost completely cooked-- crack your one egg in the other (greased) frying pan and cook till desired doneness. (I flip mine once and partially cook the yolk)
Take english muffin out of toaster, and spread with your peanut butter.
Top with your fried egg and cooked bacon.
Place other half of the english muffin on top and ENJOY!!!!!!
***FYI: You will need a napkin :)****
