Beef slices marinated overnight with a slight spicy sauce. A must try recipe!
|4||Slices of Bread|
|1/4 tsp||Clove Powder|
|1/2 tsp||Cinnamon Powder|
|1/2 tsp||Chilly Powder or Cayenne Powder|
|1/4 tsp||Black Pepper Powder|
|4||Cloves of Garlic Minced|
|1/4 Piece Ginger Minced|
|2||Slices of Tomato|
Pound the beef slices with a meat tenderizer. Add salt, ginger, garlic, chilly powder, clove, pepper and cinnamon powder and mix well. Cover and refrigerated overnight.
When ready to cook let the beef come to room temperature before frying the slices. Beat the egg and add to the beef. Mix together.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Dredge each slice of meat in the breadcrumbs and fry until done.
On toasted bread slices put butter on both sides. Layer the bread with 2 slices of meat, tomato & lettuce. Top with the second bread slice.
