Super fast, super fresh and tasty as well! A great vegetarian sandwich wrap served with creamy stuffed celery.
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Herb and garlic cream cheese|
|1||Large Dempster’s® Tortilla|
|.5 cup||(125 mL) Baby spinach|
|1||Small tomato, chopped|
|.25 cup||(60 mL) Matchstick carrots|
|.25||Red pepper, diced|
|Salt and pepper|
|Balsamic glaze, for drizzling|
|3 tbsp||(45 mL) Cream cheese|
|1 tbsp||(15 mL) Sour cream or Blue cheese dressing|
|Dash Worcestershire sauce|
SPREAD cream cheese over tortilla. Top with veggies, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Roll up wrap and secure with a tooth pick if needed.
CUT celery into 3-4 pieces. Combine cream cheese, sour cream or blue cheese dressing and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Spread mixture in celery. Serve with sandwich wrap.
