About this Recipe

Essentially this is a bagel, made into french toast, and pressed into a waffle. Apple, peanut butter, chocolate chips, pecans, and maple syrup supplement this meal to make it a delicious breakfast or brunch for everyone!

2 Dempster's Plain Bagels or Maple French Toast Bagel's
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla
1/8 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Chocolate Chips
Icing Sugar
Maple Syrup
1 Apple

Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt together.
Slice the bagels in half, and dip each slice into the egg mixture and place in preheated waffle pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes (I like to press down harder so that the bagel-waffles turn out crispy)

Place finished waffle-bagels on plate, drizzle with peanut butter and maple syrup. Slice apple thinly and arrange as desired.
Sprinkle icing sugar, pecans, and chocolate chips on top.
