About this Recipe

A quick and delicious breakfast featuring a simple berry reduction, and Dempster's Zero.

4 Slices Dempster's Zero WW Bread
3 eggs
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen berries
powdered sugar

In a small sauce pan, put berries and water. Bring to a boil and mash up the berries once they soften. Reduce until it thickens. In a long, shallow dish, wisk together eggs, milk and cinnamon. The cinnamon will not mix well, but it will coat your bread. Place bread in the dish and allow it to soak up the egg mixture, flipping once to saturate both sides. Heat a non-stick frying pan until it’s hot, and melt butter (do not let the butter burn) and reduce heat to med. Put saturated bread in the frying pan and cook (on medium) for about 8 minutes, flipping once half way through. Plate your French Toast, drizzle berry reduction and dust with powdered sugar.
