Wow your overnight guests. Delicious brunch dish that can be prepared the night before.


7 Eggs
2.5 cups Homo milk
1.5 tsp Vanilla
1 Challah bread with crust removed and cut into 1 inch cubes
0.5 cup Butter (melted)
1 cup Brown sugar
2 tbsp Maple syrup


Combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Whisk until well blended. Add challah and combine until all bread is covered. Place in 9x13 pan and cover in frig overnight.
Combine melted butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Drizzle over bread mixture.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees Celsius or until soufflé blooms.
