|1.5 cups||2% milk|
|1 cup||grated parmesan cheese|
|1 cup||grated old cheddar cheese|
|1 cup||grated fontina cheese|
|1/2 cup||crumbled goat cheese|
|2/3 cup||pre-cooked bacon bits|
|1 Pkg||macaroni pasta|
|salt and pepper|
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 9X13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine flour and butter until smooth. Add milk and continue to stir until smooth (approximately 5 minutes). Add salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat, and stir in parmesan cheese until well mixed and melted.
Drain macaroni noodles, and combine with sauce, cheddar, fontina, and goat cheese. Stir until well combined.
Add bacon bits, and stir again until well combined.
Bake in the oven for 35minutes or until the macaroni and cheese mixture slightly browns.
