Quick and nutritious sandwich.


4 slices of Dempster's WholeGrain bread
156 g canMaple Leaf Flakes of Turkey
2 lettuce leaves
100 g slices of Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp course ground mustard
dashes of fresh ground pepper


Flake turkey in a bowl.

For each sandwich, spread 1/2 tbsp of mustard on a slice of bread. Add half the turkey (about 75 gram), a dash of pepper, and 50 grams sliced cheddar. Top with a lettuce leaf and a second slice of bread, cut into pieces and serve.
