|4||slices of Dempster's WholeGrain bread|
|156 g||canMaple Leaf Flakes of Turkey|
|100 g||slices of Cheddar Cheese|
|1 tbsp||course ground mustard|
|dashes of fresh ground pepper|
Flake turkey in a bowl.
For each sandwich, spread 1/2 tbsp of mustard on a slice of bread. Add half the turkey (about 75 gram), a dash of pepper, and 50 grams sliced cheddar. Top with a lettuce leaf and a second slice of bread, cut into pieces and serve.
