These delicious combination of crispy fish tacos and spicy green salsa will add zest to your dinner plate. Nothing like some home made yummy fish tacos!
|Salt and Pepper to taste|
|Green Mexican Salsa or Regular Salsa|
|Avacado dip or Guacamole|
Cut the fillet into strips. Season with salt & pepper. Set aside.
I use 2 pieces of fish per taco. You could use any kind of white fish.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Beat the egg in a bowl. In a deep dish put some breadcrumbs. Dip each fish strip in the egg and then breadcrumbs. Fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Lightly heat the tortillas on a frying pan. Do not let it get crispy as it will be difficult to roll.
Place the fish in a tortilla. Top with Salsa, lettuce, avocado/ guacamole and sour cream.
