Easy to make fish tacos. Use your favourite fish. I had frozen lightly battered Sole on hand so I used this.
|1||fillet of frozen fish|
|1 cup||Pre-made coleslaw mix|
|1 tbsp||Green salsa sauce.|
|1 tbsp||Olive oil|
|1 tsp||Lime juice|
|1||Large Dempster Tortilla|
Bake the frozen or fresh fish in oven according to directions. Should take an average of 20 minutes.
Prepare coleslaw dressing by adding lime juice and olive oil and chopped cilantro and mix into the slaw.
Mix the mayonnaise with green salsa sauce.
Heat the tortilla for a few minutes in the oven.
Spread 1/2 an avocado on the tortilla.
Lay coleslaw and fish on tortilla. Top with mayo sauce.
Fold over and eat.
