A tasty and healthy combination of fish and Cesar salad in a wrap. Great for lunch or dinner.
|2||Dempster's® Bakery Tortillas Original|
|.5 cup||Tartar sauce|
|1||Romaine lettuce head|
|2 tbsp||Olive oil|
|4 tbsp||Parmesan cheese|
|.25 tsp||Pepper freshly ground|
|.25 cup||Lemon freshly squeezed|
|2||Garlic cloves pressed|
Bake fish fillets. While the fish is baking, prepare a Cesar salad. My favorite recipe is as follows: Prepare the lettuce and then add the Olive oil, Parmesan cheese, pepper, lemon, garlic and croutons. When the fish is cook take it out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Then center it on the tortilla, add some tartar sauce and some Cesar salad. Fold up the wrap. Place the rest of the salad beside the wrap.
