The combination is delicious, refreshing and all you need is a bowl, chopping board and knife.
1 bunch | fresh figs |
1/4 cup | green onion |
1 bunch | cherry tomatoes |
2 cups | fresh salad spring mix |
1/2 cup | cottage cheese |
1 tsp | freshly ground pepper |
1 tsp | sea salt |
1 tbsp | extra virgin olive oil |
Chop all these ingredients to your size preference and add the cottage cheese at the end with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Shake your salad up and enjoy!
