The combination is delicious, refreshing and all you need is a bowl, chopping board and knife.
|1 bunch||fresh figs|
|1/4 cup||green onion|
|1 bunch||cherry tomatoes|
|2 cups||fresh salad spring mix|
|1/2 cup||cottage cheese|
|1 tsp||freshly ground pepper|
|1 tsp||sea salt|
|1 tbsp||extra virgin olive oil|
Chop all these ingredients to your size preference and add the cottage cheese at the end with the olive oil, salt and pepper. Shake your salad up and enjoy!
