Fresh herbs make these unique and tasty meatballs.
|1||(454 g) Maple Leaf Prime Naturally® Ground Turkey|
|2||Cloves garlic, minced|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Finely chopped rosemary leaves|
|1 tsp||(5 mL) Finely chopped thyme leaves|
|2 tbsp||(30 mL) Chopped sundried tomatoes in oil|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Cooked bulgar wheat|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Freshly grated Parmesan cheese|
|Salt and pepper|
|1/3 cup||(80 mL) Extra virgin olive oil and fig salad dressing|
PREHEAT oven to 375°. (190°C).
GENTLY mix all of the ingredients except salad dressing in a large bowl. Form into 28 meatballs and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
BRUSH each liberally with salad dressing and bake for 10 minutes, brush again and continue to bake for another 10 minutes or until the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
SERVE meatballs drizzled with dressing and your favourite side dish.
