Fresh colourful summer veggies and roasted chicken dressed with a roasted red pepper almond spread, make a great filling for this wholesome wrap to go.
|2||Dempsters Whole Wheat Tortilla Wraps|
|1/2 cup||fresh sprouts|
|1/2||red pepper, cut into strips|
|1 cup||roasted chicken, shredded|
|1/2 cup||roasted almonds|
|1||drained, roasted red pepper|
|1/2 tsp||each salt and pepper|
Place all of the dressing ingredients into a food processor and puree.
Spread 1 or 2 tbsp of dressing on a tortilla. Evenly distribute the filling ingredients onto 1/3 of the tortilla. Wrap away from you. Place on a piece of wax paper and wrap, tightening both ends.
