Easy and delicious Ham and Egg with toast to serve for a holiday brunch especially with leftover cranberry sauce.


1 slice of Maple Leaf Country Kitchen ham
1 egg
2 slices of bread, toasted
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cranberry sauce, preferable homemade


Heat 1 tbsp. of butter in a fry pan on medium heat until melted. Crack an egg and cook for 2 minutes until yolk is set but runny or to your own liking. Set aside. Using the same pan, cook ham on both sides for about a minute each. Make toast, butter both sides. Plate the food up on a plate and add cranberry sauce on top of ham. Enjoy your Festive Ham and Egg Brunch!
