About this Recipe

This crunchy cabbage side dish features fresh celery and chopped peppers.

Ingredients

4 cups (1 L) Shredded cabbage
1 cup (250 mL) Grated carrots
.5 cup (125 mL) Finely chopped celery
.5 cup (125 mL) Chopped red pepper
.5 cup (125 mL) Slivered almonds, toasted
1 cup (250 mL) Dried cranberries
1 tbsp (15 mL) Fresh parsley, chopped
DRESSING:
.5 cup (125 mL) Mayonnaise
1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey mustard
1 tbsp (15 mL) Sweet relish
1 tbsp (15 mL) Honey
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp (30 mL) Cider vinegar

Directions

WHISK together the ingredients for the salad dressing and pour over the vegetable mixture in a large bowl. Toss to coat and serve.
