The best part of this sandwich is that you don't have to cook the chicken, because you use a rotisserie chicken that you buy at the grocery store. More time to watch the game.
|2||slices of whole grain bread|
|1/4 cup||chicken meat sliced from a store bought rotisserie chicken|
Spread about 1 tbsp. butter on each slice of bread. Place the chicken slices on top of one slice of bread followed with cucumber slices. Place the other bread on top and slice in half. Enjoy!
