I MAKE MY FAMOUS AND SUPER-EASY CHICKEN SCHNITZEL EVERY SUNDAY. MY SON AND HIS FRIENDS MAKE SANDWICHES AND I TOSS SLICES INTO MY SALAD. SO VERSATILE. AND, YOU GET SO MANY PIECES FROM 3 OR 4 CHICKEN BREASTS--REALLY STRETCHES YOUR DOLLAR!!!

Ingredients

I Pkg MAPLE LEAF PRIME DEBONE CHICKEN BREAST (3-4 BREASTS)
1 EGG
GOOD QUALITY SEASONED BREAD CRUMBS
GARLIC POWDER
VEGETABLE OIL

Directions

CUT CHICKEN INTO FLAT PIECES-THE THINNER THE BETTER. SEMI FROZEN CHICKEN MUCH EASIER TO CUT,
IN A MIXING BOWL, MIX TOGETHER EGG, SALT, PEPPER, GARLIC POWDER

ADD CHICKEN TO EGG AND SPICES.
START PRESSING BREADCRUMBS INTO EACH PIECE, BOTH SIDES, SEVERAL TIMES.

FRY IN VEGETABLE OIL -EACH SIDE ABOUT 2 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN AND CRISPY
