You may never go back to the old way of preparing ribs.
|5 lbs||Baby Back ribs|
|3||cloves of fresh garlic, finely minced|
|1||squeeze of lime|
|1||pinch of cumin to taste|
|1||sprinkle of brown sugar per 1/2 rib rack|
Cut the ribs into portion sizes, cover both sides of the ribs with your spices and sugar. Wrap each rib in plastic wrap, ( the plastic will not melt) then cover the wrapped ribs with tin foil.
Place the ribs on a cookie sheet and slow bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 6 hours.
Take the ribs out of the foil and wrap and let cool.
Place the ribs on your BBQ to warm up and obtain grill marks, add your favorite BBQ sauce and then serve.
Fall of the bones ribs!
