1 (10 oz) Box falafel mix
2 cups Ready prepared tabbouleh salad
2 Pom™ Classic Style Whole Wheat Pitas, halved
1/4 cup Tzatziki or plain yogurt


PREPARE falafesl according to the package directions.

STUFF each pita half with 4 falafels, and ½ cup (125 mL) of tabbouleh. Drizzle with tzatziki or yogurt.


If you can’t find ready prepared tabbouleh salad try making your own.
Combine ½ cup (125 mL) of cooked couscous with 1 ½ cup (625 mL) roughly chopped parsley, 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 lemon juiced, ¼ cup (60 mL) Chopped fresh mint, 3 tbsp (45 mL) olive oil, salt and pepper.
